Grow. Gather. Go.

We desire to see women connect with the Lord Jesus Christ and the FBCO church family in 3 ways. To see them GROW in their relationship with the Lord through studying scripture and growing in discipleship, to GATHER for times of fellowship, community, and equipping, and finally to GO into the world equipped and confident in pointing others towards Christ and his love.

*Please note that this movie is PG13 and a and based off of a Biblical fiction novel.

Take Courage, by Jennifer Rothschild | W

Led by Martha Tabor and Mary Winkler

Begins Tuesday, February 1

8 weeks  |  The 3:16 Center  |  9:30 am

Do you ever feel like the happy ending of your story is a million miles away? Then you know how the Jewish people felt when they returned to their wrecked land after exile and began rebuilding the temple. They were distracted, discouraged, and ready to throw in the towel. But the prophet Haggai reminded them they could find courage in the God who had never left them. Sometimes the landscapes of our lives feel wrecked, with our hope and purpose in shambles. We too get distracted and discouraged. However, God’s presence and promises give us courage to press on and trust Him with our story. In this study on the Book of Haggai, learn to walk confidently in your calling, stay motivated despite opposition, and courageously invest your life in God’s purposes, trusting Him for results you may never see in this lifetime

Jonah, by Priscilla Shirer | W

Led by Sandy Speakman and Beth Redden

Begins Wednesday, January 12

7 weeks  |  Room 137 |  9:45 am

Interruptions. They're aggravating. Sometimes infuriating. But how we handle interruptions actually tell us more about ourselves. What do we do when God interrupts our lives? Many times, like Jonah, we run! Priscilla redefines interruption and shows that interruption is actually God's invitation to do something beyond our wildest dreams. When Jonah was willing to allow God to interrupt his life, the result was revival in an entire city.

Do you want to know God and really believe Him? Do you want to find satisfaction in God, experience His peace, and enjoy His presence? Do you want to make the freedom Christ promised a reality in your daily life? In Breaking Free, Beth Moore embarks on a study of selected passages from the Book of Isaiah, drawing several parallels between the captive Israelites and today's Christians, in order to show how to make freedom in Christ a daily reality. Moore teaches readers to remove obstacles that hinder freedom by identifying spiritual strongholds in their lives and overcoming them through the truth of God's Word—truth that will set us free
