Grow. Gather. Go.

We desire to see women connect with the Lord Jesus Christ and the FBCO church family in 3 ways. To see them GROW in their relationship with the Lord through studying scripture and growing in discipleship, to GATHER for times of fellowship, community, and equipping, and finally to GO into the world equipped and confident in pointing others towards Christ and his love.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDIES

SPRING 2020

Tuesday Mornings

Seamless: Understanding the Bible as One Complete Story, Angie Smith

The full story of the Bible can be overwhelming whether you are a Bible scholar or you’re exploring Scripture for the first time. The 66 books may seem disconnected at first glance. In this study, you will see how the whole Bible - from Genesis through Revelation - connects as one beautiful, seamless thread. In this study connect with the people, places, and promises of God’s Word in a fresh way.

Led by Martha Tabor and Mary Winkler

Begins Tuesday, January 14

14 weeks  |  Room 137  |  9:30 am

Wednesday Mornings

Anointed, Transformed, Redeemed: A Study of David, Priscilla Shirer, Beth Moore, and Kay Arthur

This study will explore the life of David in this six-session Bible study. The messages are divided into three segments. Each segment focuses on the life of David at a different stage of his life: as a young man, as a middle-aged man, and as a man facing the final third of his life. You’ll laugh and cry as you learn more about David, who had a life that was considerably flawed, yet was described by God as  “a man after My own heart”.

Led by Beth Redden, with Kitty Niebuhr and Sandy Speakman

Begins Wednesday, January 15

7 weeks  |  Room AE-203  |  9:45 am
