Pamela Brewer

Pamela Brewer began serving as our Preschool Director in 2021.  She grew up in Citronelle, Alabama, but has also lived in North Carolina, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Illinois, and Virginia.  She is married to Jody Brewer and moved to Opelika in 2020 when her husband accepted a faculty position at VCOM - Auburn.   Pamela graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Secondary Education and taught Chemistry and Physics in Christian schools for 13 years before moving to Opelika.  Pamela loves science because it is such an amazing study of God’s creation, but her favorite thing is working with preschoolers.  She believes that the early childhood years are perhaps the most crucial time in a child’s development of their framework for how they view learning and faith.  Pamela and Jody have 3 children - Abby, Lindsey and Levi.
